When people thinking of losing weight, they start thinking of calculating the calories, amount of in-digested fats and the time of heavy sport they need for burning. While it’s very important to determine the time of what we say “food input” enable to have fast food digest and natural fat burning during our daily activity.
That’s why!!!
We need to know and correct some lifestyle methods that help in losing weight and burn fats faster while maintaining our healthy spirit, mind and body:
- First of all we need to put in mind that the portion of each meal should be enough prepared according to our activity and burning method!
- Take in consideration the amount of water and liquid needs from 6am to 6pm which should be enough and emptied before sleeping.
- 4-6 serves of whole fruit and vegetable (not juices) should be taken a day for keeping flat belly on aged!!!
- Eat the non boring colorful food that you like.
- Forget calculating the calories during the day. It’s only wasting of time and killing. Only watch out your dinner! That simple.
- Avoid late carbohydrates (sweet and starch) and you will be greatly fine. Also, we need to know the Carbohydrates which will prevent you to burn fats:
- Whole wheat bread,
- Whole grain pasta,
- Processed cereals,
- Whole grain crackers,
But easily can be substituted with energetic Carbohydrates that help in burning fat:
- Fruits and Berries
- Raw vegetables and greens
- Sprouted grain bread or multigrain one,
- Brown rice,
- Potato, Yam and Sweet potato,
- Squash,
- Millet, Quinoa and Spelt,
- Cannellini beans
Also without eating healthy fats we can’t burn the stored fats or it will be burned slowly after heavy activity!
That’s why we need to add healthy natural fats as:
- Real butter!
- Whole eggs (boiled)
- Coconut and Olive Oils
- Avocado
- Raw nuts (mainly Almonds)
In addition to the healthy protein like Salmon and Turkey
And we need to avoid totally:
- Trans and Hydrogenated oils
- Canola oil and Margarines
- Deep fried and junk foods
- Sweeteners and syrups
- All processed oils and foods
- Soy products and beverages
When our meal is completely colorful and nutritious according to our body activity and energy released, losing weight and fat burning will be obvious, especially when we eat the food we like in a healthy way of preparation and “dosing” time.
