Recently, I traveled to Kuwait and Dubai where the people are more brownish. The weather is very dry and hot. May be that’s why they have lot of high blood pressure and obese cases even among the kids! No sports or out entertainments except on the beaches! But one of the most interesting cases I met in Kuwait was a Vitiligo sufferer.
This time the question was: What is the fastest way to get a mono-color skin, white or brown! It doesn’t matter to me? It was like a bullet question but I shouldn’t forget to thank the Pharmacist researchers who helped us to benefit even from the side effect of an item, “Glutathione” as potent antioxidant. This came to my mind directly as a whiting anti-oxidant substance, which is easier to get comfortable solution and it be sharter with less stress than to return the skin color to its normal brown.
Glutathione is a small protein composed of 3 amino acids produced normally by the body in response to air and water pollution in addition to the chemicals in the consumed food. It’s a potent anti-oxidant naturally produced. Its daily dose is about 10 mg / kg body weight, but its side effect when it reaches a high concentration in the body (20-40 mg / kg), the skin turns white!
The greater the exposure to toxins, the faster the body uses up its supply of glutathione. Without the protection of glutathione, cells die faster, making people age quicker and putting them at risk of toxin-induced diseases. Thus, it’s needed for all in all to strengthen our immune system, especialy in our case here, vitiligo is known as an autoimmune disease.
So, to look more young and beautiful is an important issue for both men and women. At the same time pharmaceutical researchers are covering actively the need of the market with whiting, lighting, anti-oxidant and many others which are needed for our beauty. But above all, thanks to God for the most effective and potent antioxidant that we need for our beauty is originally found in our food. For this reason, it’s very important to renew our daily healthy menu and lifestyle for longer life of health and beauty.
There is a very important point I should mention here for the vegetarian people is that Glutathione in the market is synthetically produced from animal source! On the other hand, it’s possible to consider the big variety of nutritious fruits and vegetable in the diet as a rich source of this potent antioxidant on the daily menu to maintain its required effect as whiting antioxidant!
