It’s very healthy from time to time to clarify our bodies from different types of the accumulated toxins. Toxins are introduced directly or indirectly into our bodies through the breathing air, eating food, drinking water or others in the daily use.
The following points should be considered before we start:
- It’s very important to drink enough water during the day. Know that no fibers should be in the juice day.
- The juice should be in a GLASS JAR if you decided to keep it for couple of hours. But it’s preferred to be freshly prepared.
- The vegetable juice can be warmed if you don’t like it at room temperature.
- Use sea salt, ginger, black pepper or drops of vinegar for more taste.
- Add juice of half Lemon to the green juices to facilitate the Iron absorption and for better taste.
Juicing Week:
Day 1: Apple and celery juices, mix equal portions, (incredibly alkalizing the body’s PH, vital for peak health)
Day 2: Pineapple juice and water, mix equal portions, (helpful for inflammation, allergies, arthritis, edema, and hemorrhoids)
Day 3: ½ lemon juice in glass of water (alkalizing the blood and detoxifying the whole systems)
Day 4: Carrot + Apple + Celery juices (Strong disease fighter)
Day 5: Beet + carrot + cabbage juices (potent antioxidant and helpful for arthritis)
Day 6: Broccoli + Beet greens juices (helpful for blood circulation, skin, digestive problems, obesity, bad breath)
Day 7: 2 pomegranates + 2 red apples + 1 beet juices (great antioxidant)
For more toxic bodies which singe by frequent falling sick or has a chronic disease, the following three potent juicing days can be substituted with any upper three days
3 carrots 3 stalks celery ½ bunch spinach |
1 beet root 2 kale leaves 1 banana 1 kiwi |
3 tomatoes ½ green pepper 2 carrots 2 stalks celery with tops ½ bunch spinach ½ bunch parsley |
2 spoons of lemon juice and 2 of olive oil can be added during serving only.
Cleansing Soups
Juice all the ingredients. Add half of the quantity boiled water. Boil it again. Add juice of ½ lemon when serving. It can be taken warm or cold.

2 tomatoes 2 lettuce leaves 2 radishes 4 parsley |
1 cucumber 3 carrots 2 stalks celery |

Soft healthy food should be slowly introduced into the daily meal. We also need to keep hydrated enable not to allow toxins to be accumulated again. Plus, losing weight and reaching the normal healty body weight is a signe of running the diet plan perfectly.
