Body Cleansing or what we call it today “Body Detoxification” is very important for everybody to run it at least once a year. It cleanses the body (blood and muscles) from all type of toxins that we indirectly introduced to our body due to air polution or food and water in-take.
The following plan is very easy. I followed it myself. I lost weight but I felt more fresh, lighter and healthier:
1. Clean the digestive system as usual using Castor oil or Eucarbon tab. Be sure that the intestine became totally empty.
2. Next day morning, start with 500 ml of warm Ginger water (½ small spoon of Ginger + tip of Cayenne + drops of Lemon, soaked for 10 minutes before drinking). Drink warm or room temperature water 8-10 glasses the whole day. It can be with few drops of lemon, ginger, or honey.
3. Second day is the juicing day! I like the following examples. I Used the blender to mix the ingredients:
I. Blueberrie juice
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
II. Spicy tomato juice
3 ripped tomatoes
1/2 green or red pepper
1 celery stock
1/4 tsp. ginger powder
III. Celery juice
2 cups of celery
2 cups of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of diced carrots
1/4 lemon
Salt and pepper
It’s better after juicing week to start soft meals. For example:
Breakfast: Fresh acidic fruits (Orange, Kiwi, Pineapple, Apple, Plums and grapefruit. Eat collection to satisfy your hunger!
Lunch: Grapes, Pears, Banana, Mango or Dates AND handful of raisins or 3-4 dried figs or 10-12 dried apricot + piece of cheese with gluten-free bread
Snack: Fresh diluted carrot or apple juice (each of them can be juiced with pumpkin, it’s really delicious).
Dinner: A large bowl of fresh salad of red cabbage, carrots, beetroot, celery, cucumber, red or green pepper dressed with (2-3 peeled tomatoes + 1 avocado + 1 spoon Olive oil, blend all) and pour on the chopped vegetables. You can add also 3 oz unsalted Nuts and seeds (except Peanuts). Raw or grinded as you like but be sure you chewed them well. Lemon, Vinegar, Water can be added as you like!
Note that all dishes should be served either at lunch time or early dinner time without carbohydrates (Refined white poisons: White wheat, Sugar, Rice and Salt!!). Taking in consideration that the early breakfast (from 6-8am) is the switch key for the liver work and food metabolism!!!
Example for the Mean Dishes
Starting with vegetable soup with noodles or brown rice (can be made with or without skinless chicken wings or breast.
Baked potato or sweet potato or squash (put in the oven to be baked then rap it with folia before peeling) topped with beans in tomato sauce. OR can be taken with dip of yogurt + minced cucumber (cut to very small pieces) + mint + ginger powder and garlic.
Cold Fried Fish, Lobster, or skinless chicken breast:
Put 2 table spoons of olive oil in a pan + chopped onion and green pepper. Stir it very well with cold oil. Open light fire and steer fry them a bit. Cut the meat into finger shape and size then add to the pan with ½ spoon vinegar and mix to be cooked. Serve with or without cheddar cheese or steamed vegetables with cayenne pepper.
Grilled Fish, Lobster, or skinless chicken breast:
Mix 1 teaspoon organic mustered + 2 table spoon olive oil + 1tbp lemon juice + some black and white pepper. Cover and soak the meet with the above mixture. Using steel or glass oven try, transfer the above ingredients, cover and put in a preheated oven with big pieces of vegetable (grilling bags can be used).
Boiled Fish, Lobster, or skinless chicken breast:
Cut into cubes, cover with water and add some salt, black pepper and ginger. Let it to ripe then transfer to the serving dish. Mix them with cream cheese + drops of lemon juice + olive oil OR with peeled smashed Avocado + salt, pepper and vinegar. The remaining water can be used to prepare vegetable soup.
Remember only water can be taken between the meals! Not juice.
* Brown rice preparation:
Put 3 tablespoon (tbp) of rice in 500 ml water, let to boil then leave to cook on the lowest fire (takes around 1hr!!) to become thick. It can be souked after washing in the water at night to be cooked in the morning. It will take only 15 minutes.
* Dips preparation:
Boil +/- 300 Gm. Potato, pumpkin, homos or white beans (or grilled egg plant). Peel the needed, smash in a bowel. Add 3tbp of Tahinnah (sesame butter) + 1tbp yogurt + 1-2 tbp lemon juice + vinegar, salt and black pepper to be delicious.
Important Notes For the Mean Dishes
- Don’t take dips with potato or brown rice or basmati rice or noodles when you serve the mean dish.
- Soup or carrot juice snack (half water-carrot glass) is very important to be taken.
- Vegetables should be steamed or semi boiled in 1cm high water in well covered steel pan.
- Humos or white beans dip SHOULD NOT be taken with fish or chicken meals (different types of proteins).
- The Breakfast can be juice or fruit salad (with or without nuts), chewed well to satisfy your need and hunger.
- Water should be taken between meals (only 1-2 cups of Green Tea or Ginger or Cinnamon cup can be taken after 2hr of the dinner to wash up the cholesterol and bad fats!).
